Role Overview
CoinRoutes Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in cryptocurrency trading and exchange operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing developer tickets, providing trading expertise to guide product development, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure our trading products meet the needs of our clients and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Management: Oversee and manage the developer ticketing process, ensuring clear prioritization and communication of requirements and deadlines.
• Trading Expertise: Use in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency trading to guide product design and feature development. Collaborate with engineers to create robust and efficient trading solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise between trading teams, developers, and other stakeholders to align on product requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on crypto trading trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to inform product strategy.
• Administrative Support: Assist with office and entity administration, including operational tasks necessary for product and company success.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to ensure features are tested rigorously and meet high standards of performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a cryptocurrency exchange or a trading-related fintech company.
• Trading Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto trading concepts, market structure, and trading strategies. Experience with trading systems is highly preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand the technical details of product features and requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Administrative Skills: Experience handling administrative tasks in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
